The terms that govern use of the site
Using this website means you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.
Permitted use
The site exists to put people in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County in touch with independent third-party contractors who carry out rodent trapping, exclusion, attic cleanup and related work. Use it only for lawful purposes and only if you are at least 18. Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone.
What the site does and does not do
Rodent Removal West Palm Beach is a referral service. We do not perform the trapping, sealing, cleanup or any other work; your request is referred to an independent contractor, who may pay us a referral fee for it. Whatever contract covers the work is signed between you and that contractor, with nobody else a party to it. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing or results of any contractor's work, and the cost bands and timelines published on the site are general guidance that forms no part of any quote.
What is expected of you
You agree to give accurate contact details and an honest account of the problem, to verify the license and insurance of any contractor before the work begins, and to take up any dispute about the work directly with the contractor who did it.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of the site belong to or are licensed to Rodent Removal West Palm Beach and are protected by copyright. Copying, republishing or redistributing any of it needs written permission, which can be requested through the contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rodent Removal West Palm Beach is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any contractor referred through it, including lost profit, lost data, property damage or consequential loss, even where the possibility was raised. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rodent Removal West Palm Beach and hold it harmless against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site, a breach of these terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
