Three kinds of Palm Beach County property, three kinds of job
The historic districts, the gated tile-roof communities and the condo towers each produce a different inspection. In El Cid, Flamingo Park, Old Northwood and Grandview Heights, and in the older cores of Lake Worth Beach and Delray Beach, the pressure comes from pre-war wood soffits, gable screens and a mango or avocado canopy that touches the roof. In Ibis, Breakers West, RiverWalk and the newer subdivisions of Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington and Boynton Beach, the roof is barrel tile, the canopy is lighter, and the job is the eave course plus an architectural review board form. Downtown and along the Intracoastal from Juno Beach to Boca Raton, the exterior belongs to a condo association and the sealing is a management decision covering a whole stack.
What the work involves is on the service pages; which places it covers is here. Roof rat removal, rodent exclusion and condo and HOA rodent control are the three most often called for.
Neighborhood and town pages
Each page is grounded in what is known about that area: the age of the houses, the roof type, the canopy and who has to approve exterior work.
